[ad_pod ]It’s been a week of disappointing results for many English clubs in the Champions League.Chelsea and Liverpool both lost on Tuesday evening, but perhaps the most disappointing result was Tottenham’s 2-2 draw with Olympiakos, purely because they were in such a commanding position. Not only are Olympiakos a lower calibre team than Valencia and Napoli, Spurs threw away a 2-0 lead against the Greek outfit. The London club’s star man Harry Kane took to Twitter to share his disappointment after the match.

Of course, Kane was quick to thank the supporters who had travelled across the continent to watch their team, but he also expressed his unhappiness with the result.

Luckily, the striker has the ability to bounce back from disappointment. Last season, Spurs looked down and out in the Champions League, but Kane’s two late goals against PSV kept them in the competition.

Hopefully, this disappointment urges the England international to bounce back even stronger and fire his team to another memorable European cup run.
