Twitter reacts as Pedro sparks Chelsea comeback vs Spurs

At last, Chelsea have arrived in this London derby.

For most of the first half at Stamford Bridge, it had been Spurs in the ascendancy with them looking like anything but a team that has just been knocked out of the Champions League.

Surely enough, they made the pressure tell as Christian Eriksen opened the scoring with a sublime strike from outside the area that gave Thibaut Courtois absolutely no chance between the sticks.

Spurs went looking for a second, too, with the home side simply not able to get going – not until the final minutes of the first half.

Chelsea’s Spanish forward Pedro clearly got the memo that this evening’s game was to be a goal of the month contenders fixture as he got the ball on his right foot and whipped it into the net past a flailing, helpless, Hugo Lloris to equalise for the club.

1-1 at half time then and the momentum continued into the second as Victor Moses helped the club into the lead, igniting the Bridge. Fans on Twitter have had plenty to say about the former Barcelona man’s effort…

Not to mention Chelsea’s impressive comeback…
