Manchester United versus Tottenham Hotspur kickstarts today’s Premier League action – I’m sure we all wish their were top flight English games every two days.
Louis van Gaal’s side, as always, have an abundance of injuries to contend with, with Argentine superstar Angel di Maria losing his battle to be fit for the clash at White Hart Lane.
It wasn’t all doom and gloom for the Red Devils on the injury side of things, though, with Luke Shaw being named in the matchday 18 which no doubt brought a smile to United fans, as well as relief, due to the former Premier League champion’s defensive struggles.
The 19-year-old has had a troubled start to his Old Trafford career due to injuries, having made just seven Premier League starts so far this season.
