West Ham United’s Felipe Anderson was clearly in discomfort after being fouled by Muhamed Besic in the 1-0 loss against Sheffield United.
This seems to have caused a mixed reaction among many of those within the West Ham fanbase.
Some positive news for you: Antonio should be back for Wednesday, Fredericks is well ahead of schedule and could be back much sooner than expected and Fabianski is recovering well. Randolph felt no problems after the game too. Negative: Anderson could be out until February

Some feel that the 26-year-old will be missed during his absence, with one fan suggesting that this loss “makes us so light attack-wise”.
While another stated that any doubters will be “begging for him back” if the team suffers from a couple of defeats.
Did he really play for us?! No West Ham fan has managed to name all of these obscure Irons signings….
This stance comes with the Brazilian having played 18 league games this season, coming off the bench once, getting four assists and grabbing his first goal of the season during David Moyes’ first game back as manager.
We are going to miss Anderson more than we think

I’m not Anderson’s biggest fan, but looked better under Moyes. Will be missed

What’s the likelihood of a new signing in the coming week/or 2 iyo. Anderson out makes us so light attack wise
— West Ham (A)Way (@WESTHAM_AWAY) January 19, 2020
People underestimate how important he is, couple of losses they’ll be begging for him to come back, that’s how fickle most of our fans are

However, there are some fans who don’t think that having Anderson unavailable will make any difference to the Hammers’ fortunes.
One has even suggested “we play better without Anderson”, while another added that “Snodgrass offers more”.
This opinion may have been partially shaped by the fact that it took the Brazilian so long to get that opening goal of the campaign.
Andersons been out all season, snodgrass offere more

Tbf Anderson isn’t a big loss
— Graeme (@IvattGraeme) January 19, 2020
That’s not a negative, we play better without Anderson in my opinion

I actually think we did ok without Anderson yesterday
