Goal-machine doesn’t want West Ham move, two UCL clubs his options

Carlos Bacca has no interest in joining West Ham this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain and Napoli his only genuine options, according to reports from CalcioMercatoWeb.

AC Milan’s 29-year-old Colombian has emerged as the Hammers’ major target as they continue their hunt for a ‘marquee’ forward signing after missing out on big money moves for Alexandre Lacazette and Carlos Tevez.

The Irons have an offer on the table for the man who netted 18 goals in 38 Serie A outings last season, but reports claim that he is not at all keen on making east London his next destination.

Bacca is understood to have not been swayed by a salary of almost £3.7m-a-year (around £72,000-per-week), with a lack of Champions League football a major factor for him.

It’s understood that Napoli and PSG remain the only realistic options for Bacca, but neither are 100% keen on the Milan ace.

The Naples side are thought to see him as a back-up option to other targets as they seek a Gonzalo Higuain replacement, while his former manager, Unai Emery, may have to sell senior stars before he can take the South American to Paris.
