He’s back… West Ham’s Cresswell scores a great goal in training

West Ham fans have had little to celebrate so far this season. This term was supposed to be an exciting one for the east London club, who entered the campaign on the back of a stunning 2015/16, were heading to a new stadium and were set for European football.

However, their Europa League dream ended at the qualification stage, the move to the London Stadium has been a disaster and the memories of challenging for the top four are growing ever more faint.

Further to this, crowd favourite Aaron Cresswell has been missing through injury since being on the end of a robust ‘tackle’ in pre-season.

BUUUUUT, there is something to be excited about, with the English full-back back in training and scoring goals for fun. The above video shows him rasping the ball into the top corner of the net and although the Hammers have been tweeting clips of Simone Zaza looking like Filippo Inzaghi in the final third on a weekly basis, Irons supporters are sure to be overjoyed by this latest update.
