Jack Wilshere was one of West Ham United’s main summer signings following his decision to walk away from Arsenal.
The midfielder opted against penning a new contract at the Emirates as he was informed that his game time would be slashed.
In favour of earning regular minutes on the pitch, Wilshere chose to begin a new chapter at the London Stadium.
The England international has started all four of the club’s Premier League fixtures, but he has done little to impress.
Wilshere’s main problem since becoming professional has been staying fit as he has struggled with serious injuries for the better part of his senior career.
This season, the midfielder has a clean bill of health, but under manager Manuel Pellegrini, he has failed to impose himself in matches.

Wilshere has been one of those players whose potential has regularly been spoken about, but at the age of 26 the midfielder needs to be showcasing his efforts on a regular basis.
Given that the Hammers have lost all of their league games so far in the campaign, is it time for Pellegrini to make a change?
