Pellegrini set on selling Hugill, West Ham United fans react

Jordan Hugill’s move to West Ham United in January left plenty of football fans scratching their heads trying to find the logic.

The 26-year-old was David Moyes’s second signing at the club, but he struggled to make an impact.

The forward made just three appearances in the Premier League in the second half of the campaign, which amounted to just 22 minutes on the pitch.

Now that Manuel Pellegrini is in charge at the London Stadium, change is expected to be implemented.

The Chilean has already put his stamp on the squad by signing seven new players, but with that, current members of the setup will have to make way.

Hugill is expected to be one of them as according to club insider ExWHUemployee, the former Preston North End player is not wanted by Pellegrini.

It will be no huge surprise if Hugill makes way, and judging by the reaction to this tweet, plenty of fans feel that the best outcome is for the attacking player to leave.
