West Ham have endured a shaky start to the season, losing their opening four matches, but the pressure was eased with a thrilling 3-1 victory over Everton on Sunday.

The win at Goodison Park saw the Hammers pick up their first points under Manuel Pellegrini, easing the pressure on a manager who spent over £100m in the summer but had failed to see improvements on the field.

Three points from the clash with the Toffees were vital for West Ham given their upcoming games against Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham, which could see the pressure on Pellegrini mount up once again.

With West Ham's board desperately seeking success and supporters growing increasingly frustrated with their side's struggles, we asked fans how long they believe Pellegrini will remain in his role - and the results were rather split.

35% of polled supporters believe that Pellegrini will see out the entirety of his three-year contract at the club but 28% of fans believe that he will be the first Premier League manager to be sacked in the 2018-19 campaign.

A further 20% believe that Pellegrini will only last until Christmas, which would allow a new manager to shake things up in the January window, while 17% believe he will last just a few weeks.
