West Ham fans have been discussing a move for Chelsea centre back Gary Cahill, as reports claim he could force a move away from Stamford Bridge in January.
According to reports, Cahill is ready to force a move away from Stamford Bridge if he does not get more playing time.
The England international, who played once during the World Cup, is yet to make an appearance for the Blues this season, as new manager Maurizio Sarri opts for more natural ball-playing defenders like David Luiz.
Cahill is only 32 though, so he could certainly do a job for the Hammers as they continue their revamp under Manuel Pellegrini.
The Chilean manager brought in Issa Diop and Fabian Balbuena this summer, both of whom have very little experience in Europe.
Diop has shown real signs of promise after a difficult start, and fans clearly think the experienced Cahill could teach the £22m summer signing a thing or two.
