Jack Wilshere would have hoped that his injury problems were behind him when he signed for West Ham United in the summer.
The midfielder was offered a new contract by Arsenal, but he opted against signing it as he was informed by new manager Unai Emery that he would get very little playing time.
Manuel Pellegrini took a chance on Wilshere, who started the Hammers’ first four Premier League matches, all of which ended in defeat.
At the start of September the midfielder suffered an ankle injury, which required surgery, and he has not been seen since.
It was recently reported that Wilshere had a setback in his recovery and it is unclear when he will return to action.
Unfortunately it looks as though the England international is still struggling with his fitness issues, which led us to ask you whether the club will regret the transfer, and the majority of fans believe that they will.
