Scott Dann scored for Crystal Palace to put his side 0-2 up against West Ham at Upton Park in today’s Premier League game. Sam Allardyce must be a very worried man right now considering his side have won just one of their last nine Premier League matches (W1 D5 L3).
However, what may be more worrying for the Hammers’ boss is the manner in which they conceded against Alan Pardew’s team. All of Palace’s goals have from set-pieces, with defending such situations normally seen as the hallmark of a well-organised side – and the bare minimum you’d expect from a Sam Allardyce team.
Glenn Murray added the third, and his second of the game, to put his side into a comfortable 3-0 lead. Again, the goal came from a set-piece, the only difference being that it was from an in-swinging free-kick rather than a corner.
However the joy didn’t last long for the striker, as he soon saw red for a second bookable offence. Alan Pardew will still be delighted with his team who are looking keep up their excellent record away from home.

Glenn Murray is a joke. He has scored 2 goals yet he is shown 2 yellow cards and apparently a red car. What a drama for him.
