According to Claret & Hugh, Jordan Hugill will be sent back to parent club West Ham United this summer as Middlesbrough have no intention of signing him permanently.
The 26-year-old has scored seven times in all competitions for the Riverside outfit this season, but according to Claret & Hugh, Boro boss Tony Pulis does not want to sign the Englishman on a permanent contract.
It is difficult to imagine that there will be a first-team spot for the striker next term, but it remains to be seen what happens.

It’s not Hugill’s fault but at the end of the day he was signed by the Board in view of life in the Championship if we ended up relegated last season. He was never going to be a PL striker. He struggles to feature and score in the Championship, let alone PL. Ridiculous signing.

From what I’ve seen, I wouldn’t even say he’s up to the championship standard
