Three West Ham players that should be worried by David Moyes’ laziness comments
Speaking in his first press conference since being appointed as the new West Ham United manager, David Moyes had some words of warning for some of his players.
The former Everton, Manchester United and Sunderland boss replaced Slaven Bilic, who was sacked on Monday following the 4-1 defeat against Liverpool at the London Stadium on Saturday, on Tuesday with the club lying in the Premier League relegation zone following a poor start to the campaign.
Speaking about his methods and what he expects of his team, Moyes told reporters: “If you step out of line, you won’t play.
“If you don’t run, you won’t play. If you don’t do the training and you’re not fit enough, you don’t play.”
