Manuel Pellegrini has reportedly not yet decided on the future of Cheikhou Kouyate, but West Ham fans are all agreeing it’s time to cash in.
Manuel Pellegrini and the West Ham board have been very busy this summer, but that could be bad news for some players already at the club.
One such player is Kouyate, who was extremely underwhelming and disappointing last season.
The towering midfielder made 33 Premier League appearances last season, scoring twice, but it seems fans would prefer to see a midfield duo of Jack Wilshere and Pedro Obiang this season.
According to popular Hammers insider ExWHUEmployee, Pellegrini will decide on the midfielder’s future when he returns from his extended World Cup break.
Fans are ready to cut ties as they start a new era under Pellegrini, as the 28 year-old just simply wasn’t up to scratch last season.
Valued at £10.8m by Transfermarkt, the Senegalese international could fetch a decent fee, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…

For me.. especially with obiang staying his time is up… and in all honesty his time should have been up about 1year and half ago now.

Had a good start but his forms dipped the whole season, dunno if it’s his confidence but seems a completely different player to when we bought him, sell him for whatever we can get for him while he’s in his prime at 28yrs old now
