The West Ham United fans are struggling to agree when it comes to the future of Andy Carroll, who will be out of contract at the end of this season.

Speaking to talkSPORT after West Ham's 3-2 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday, Carroll revealed that he was keen to land a new contract with the Hammers.

Carroll has largely struggled with injuries since arriving at West Ham, but has overcome an ankle problem to feature in three of the team's last four Premier League matches.

The nine-time England international played 45 minutes against Palace at the weekend, and is certainly a force when fully fit.

The West Ham fans have been on social media discussing the 29-year-old's future, and it would be fair to say that a number are split.

Indeed, there are those who would offer Carroll a new contract, but plenty of others do not believe that it would be a good idea.
