West Ham United fans are not at all happy with a Claret and Hugh report claiming that manager Manuel Pellegrini will only have £30million to spend this summer.

The former Manchester City boss will be allowed to top that total up with player sales throughout the summer, but a basic kitty of £30m has left Irons' fans disappointed.

West Ham, per Sky Sports, spent £99m last summer as co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan looked to bring in a number of high-earning players, including Felipe Anderson, Issa Diop and Fabian Balbuena.

However, they remain 11th in the Premier League and could finish the season in the bottom half of the table, with games against Tottenham Hotspur, a resurgent Southampton and ever-improving Watford looming.

Supporters, thus, were perhaps hoping that the club would again invest in the playing squad this summer.

That appears unlikely now, though, and fans are disappointed with the development.
