It was Nathan Trott's birthday on Thursday, seeing the England youth international goalkeeper turning 21 years old.

This has been going on while Roberto has been putting in calamitous performances for the Hammers, while filling in for the Lukasz Fabianski, as has been shown various times.

His attempt at punching away a corner against Burnley, only to see the ball go into his net, epitomises the form he has shown.

All of this has led to Hammers fans calling for Trott to be recalled from his loan spell and used at London Stadium instead of the Spaniard.

Many a plea has been made to the youngster to leave Kingsmeadow behind and get between the sticks for West Ham.
