West Ham United winger Robert Snodgrass has been a big part of the club's pre-season so far, and Irons fans have been quick to debate what the future holds for him under Manuel Pellegrini.

The Scotland international's future at the London Stadium certainly looked to be in doubt after he was sent out on a season-long loan deal to Aston Villa last summer after just a few months with the Hammers in which he failed to make much of an impression.

However, the 30-year-old impressed for the Midlands outfit with eight goals and 13 assists in 43 appearances, and he has been a big part of their pre-season fixtures so far – including against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.

These West Ham supporters, who are also split on the potential of a former 6ft 3in star returning after he was released, have taken to social media to give their thoughts on Snodgrass given that Pellegrini has already signed Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson in wide areas, and while one said "he'll be like a new signing", another described him as an "awful footballer".
