West Ham fans are absolutely crucifying Sam Allardyce, after the Everton boss said Adrian was the difference in Sunday’s clash.
Everton fans probably don’t believe there’s another set of fans who dislike Sam Allardyce as much as them, but it’s fair to say West Ham fans would give them a run for their money.
The former Hammers boss has been crucified by Everton fans for his negative brand of football this season, and West Ham fans are joining in after his post-match comments on Sunday.
David Moyes’ side bettered Everton in every area of the pitch in the 3-1 win, with a superb strike from Marko Arnautovic sandwiched between two goals from Manuel Lanzini.
Adrian did make one superb save in each half, and Allardyce believes that was the difference in the match.
“The quality of Adrian’s saves and two great finishes were the difference. I wouldn’t say West Ham had better chances than we did,” Big Sam claimed in his post match press conference (17:30).
Whether Allardyce’s comments are a dig at Jordan Pickford, who really could have done better on all three West Ham goals, or a dig at the Hammers, fans are destroying their former manager either way.

What an ego. He signed Adrian and now he’s trying to take credit for beating himself. Good luck to the next club that signs this overrated oaf.
