According to reports in the Evening Standard, West Ham United winger Robert Snodgrass, rated at £6.3m according to Transfermarkt, is ready to give his all for the club when he returns from a season-long loan spell with Aston Villa in the summer, and Irons fans have been quick to discuss his future.

The 30-year-old joined the Championship outfit on a temporary basis in August following a disappointing spell with the east London outfit, having only moved to the capital from Hull City in January 2017.

The Scotland international struggled to make an impression under previous Hammers boss Slaven Bilic, picking up just two assists and failing to score in 15 Premier League appearances, but he has netted seven times and provided a further eight assists in 26 games for Villa this term.

West Ham supporters took to social media to give their thoughts on a potential first-team return for Snodgrass next season, and while one said "this man deserves a second chance", another said "he'd fail".
