West Ham United are looking increasingly likely to appoint Manuel Pellegrini as their new manager, and Irons fans are already excited to see Javier Hernandez, who earns £140,000-a-week according to the Daily Mail, working under the Chilean.

The east London outfit announced last week that David Moyes wasn't going to be kept on following the expiry of his contract, and now they look set to get the man who won the Premier League title with Manchester City in 2014.

Sergio Aguero shone under the tutelage of his fellow South American back then, and the London Stadium faithful will hope that the 64-year-old can help Chicharito improve too, following a disappointing debut campaign in which he often found himself behind Marko Arnautovic in the centre-forward pecking order, potentially bringing his future into doubt.

West Ham supporters, who believe on Twitter that a recently-relegated Premier League star would also shine under Pellegrini, were quick to have their say on the potential link-up between the duo via social media, and while one said "I think Chich will be reborn under Pellegrini", another said "he could be our Aguero".
