It would be fair to say that the West Ham United fans were not too pleased with what they saw from Aaron Cresswell in Saturday's 5-0 home defeat to Manchester City.

It was a really tough afternoon for the Hammers, who struggled to deal with Pep Guardiola's side due to their quality in the final third of the field.

According to WhoScored, Cresswell only had a pass success rate of 74%, whilst the left-back made just one tackle and was dispossessed on three occasions.

There was one moment in the first half when the 29-year-old attempted to block a cross from Riyad Mahrez but was easily side-stepped.

Cresswell was not the only player in a West Ham shirt to find it difficult against the English champions, who saw Raheem Sterling score a fine treble.

However, the London club's fans were particularly disappointed with what they saw from the defender on the afternoon.
