West Ham United signed Lukasz Fabianski from Swansea City during the summer transfer window, and the goalkeeper has been in excellent form for the Hammers during the 2018-19 campaign.

Fabianski might have only kept two clean sheets in the Premier League this season, but he has made a string of excellent stops, including one to prevent Cardiff City from scoring from the penalty spot during Tuesday's Premier League clash.

The 33-year-old is the reliable goalkeeper that West Ham simply had to sign during the summer transfer window.

It would be fair to say that the London club's supporters have a high opinion of the Poland international, and many have taken to social media to hail his performances this season.

Indeed, one fan even claimed that Fabianski was currently the best goalkeeper in the world, which might be a touch too far, but why not?
