A number of West Ham United fans have claimed that their team seriously missed Michail Antonio in Monday's Premier League clash with Aston Villa.

The Hammers, who finished the game at Villa Park with 10 men following a red card for Arthur Masuaku, could not break down Dean Smith's side on the night.

All things considered, a point is far from the worst result in the world for West Ham, who are currently eighth in the Premier League table.

However, a number of their supporters have insisted that Antonio's presence on the field would have turned a draw into all three points.

The 5 ft 11 Englishman has missed West Ham's last two matches after undergoing a hamstring operation, which is likely to keep him out until 2020.
