Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the most talked about strikers of his generation. The big Swede has scored 425 goals in 706 career appearances and has played in seven different countries and leagues.
After a stint with Manchester United, the 37-year-old crossed the pond as a free agent in March to ply his trade in the MLS with LA Galaxy and has hardly stopped scoring since. The ponytailed powerhouse has scored 22 goals and assisted a further seven in just 26 games for the Los Angeles outfit this season (Transfermarkt) and has been linked with a return to Old Trafford as Romelu Lukaku’s form dips.
After appearing on The Late Late Show, the 116-capped international was asked by host and West Ham fan, James Corden, if he would join the Hammers instead and his response was typical Zlatan.

The number 9 was a surprise omission from a recently published list of the MLS’ top 20 highest earners but still feels his wages would be too high for the London club to accommodate. He might not be a Hammer anytime soon, but don’t bet against a return to the Premier League in the years to come as the tattooed target-man is still a top striker.
