West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to react after it was revealed on the Eagles' official Twitter account that Wilfried Zaha is eligible to play against them for Crystal Palace, after lodging an appeal to the FA against his one-game suspension.

The Ivory Coast international received the full wrath of the FA after an act of improper conduct, in which he sarcastically applauded referee Andre Marriner's decision to book him towards the end of the 1-1 draw against Southampton.

One would assume the Hammers fans won't have wanted the 26-year-old to play against them, as he is arguably the south London side's best player - West Ham will still have haunting memories of Zaha scoring a 97th-minute equaliser against them last season.

Sadly for them, however, the former Manchester United forward's ban has been suspended following the appeal, meaning that he can play against Manuel Pellegrini's men much to the annoyance of Hammers fans on Twitter...
