West Ham fans react negatively to Pearce comments

Saturday’s Premier League clash against Burnley is simply huge for West Ham United.

The Hammers will enter the match off the back of successive Premier League defeats to Liverpool and Swansea City on the road.

David Moyes’ side will now welcome Burnley to the London Stadium, before hosting Southampton in their final game of March.

A total of 30 points from 29 matches has left the Hammers in 14th position in the table – just three points clear of the relegation zone as we approach the business end of the campaign.

West Ham assistant manager Stuart Pearce has called on the players to show some character against the Clarets this weekend.

However, Pearce’s comments did not go down too well with the club’s supporters, who want to see less talking and more action on the field.

The West Ham fans have also been discussing the managerial situation at the club, and a number have identified the individual that they want to replace David Moyes this summer.
