West Ham fans react to Pellegrini comments after shambolic Cardiff defeat

Angry West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to vent their disdain at comments made by manager Manuel Pellegrini after the shambolic Premier League defeat at Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon.

The Hammers continued their recent run of poor away form at the Cardiff City Stadium by falling to their fifth away loss in the space of six matches in all competitions, with this defeat leaving a particularly bitter taste in the mouths of fans, coming against a bottom-three team.

Junior Holliet put the hosts ahead after just four minutes before Victor Camarasa doubled that lead the other side of half-time and the Irons never really recovered, only looking a danger when Declan Rice struck the post from range late on.

Reaction from supporters has ranged from critiques on the slow-starting nature of the performance and team selection to mocking of Pellegrini’s fairly obvious admission that the club’s away form is “unacceptable”.

Let’s take a look at how West Ham fans reacted to Pellegrini’s comments on Twitter…
