West Ham United have lost their first four matches of the 2018-19 Premier League season.

The defeats at Liverpool and Arsenal were not a surprise, but the Hammers have also lost to Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers on home soil this term.

It is not quite the start that the supporters would have had in mind when considering the serious investment that occurred during the summer transfer window.

Andriy Yarmolenko was amongst those to arrive at West Ham, with the 77-time Ukraine international joining from Borussia Dortmund in a £17.5m deal.

The 28-year-old has appeared in all four of West Ham's Premier League matches this season, although he is yet to start for the Hammers in the league.

Following the Wolves defeat, Yarmolenko gave an interview to the club's official website, and it was posted on social media on Monday morning.

The West Ham fans are frustrated with a number of players at the moment, and Yarmolenko was in the firing line at the start of this week.
