It would be no exaggeration to say that West Ham United's clash with Southampton on March 31 is one of the biggest matches in the club's recent history.

The Hammers will enter the Southampton fixture just one spot outside of the Premier League relegation zone.

It will be the first time that the team has played since the unsavoury scenes during the 3-0 defeat to Burnley earlier this month, and the team has since been away in the United States for some warm-weather training.

A number of the West Ham fans have not been pleased to see the players out in America whilst the supporters struggle to come to terms with what is happening at their club.

Head coach David Moyes has insisted that the break will benefit the squad as they battle to stay in the Premier League in the final weeks of the campaign.

The West Ham fans, however, are not convinced, and have reacted extremely negatively to comments from Moyes following the trip to Florida.
