West Ham fans are turning against Aaron Cresswell, after the defender suffered another poor performance in the win at Leicester.

Last week, West Ham fans were split over reports that Aaron Cresswell could be allowed to leave the club this summer.

Some Hammers were completely against selling the 28-year old, who leads the team in assists this season despite playing most of his season at centre back.

However, plenty of fans expressed their concerns about his defensive frailties and lapses of concentration, hoping for a more reliable option to take his place next season.

If fans were split over the exit links before the win at Leicester, there aren’t many fighting Cresswell’s corner now, as he made multiple poor mistakes in the 2-0 win.

The Hammers are certain to stay up barring a miracle goal difference turnaround, and fans are looking ahead to next season.

Creswell has seven league assists this season, but it seems fans just can’t look past his total inability to defend, and some of the best Twitter reactions can be found below…
