A product of the Hammers academy, the centre-back has made 241 appearances across all competitions since first emerging from the club’s youth system in 2008.
But the 27-year-old was issued just 23 starts in the Premier League last season and has reportedly grown frustrated with his limited game-time in East London.
According to The Sun, Slaven Bilic is ready to cash in on Tomkins this summer, provided a suitor is willing to meet his £11million valuation of the one-time Team GB man.
There are already three clubs interested in the 6 foot 3 centre-back, with Crystal Palace, Stoke City and Sunderland all tabling £8million bids.
However, they’ll have to up their offers by £3million to get a deal over the line. Bilic wants to claim as high a price as possible to make funds available for Tomkins’ direct replacement.
