A few seasons ago, Michail Antonio was a vital cog in West Ham United's machine.

The Englishman's versatility allowed him to play in wide areas, defence and even up front in Slaven Bilic's team.

However, under new manager Manuel Pellegrini, the 28-year-old has struggled to impress when called upon.

In total, Antonio has made 14 appearances in all competitions so far this season, but he has only been in the starting XI six times.

Plenty of fans have grown frustrated with the midfielder's performances, and now it has come to light that another Premier League club may take him off their hands in January.

According to a recent report in The Sun (November 12, page 47), Crystal Palace look set to revive their pursuit of Antonio in the winter window after their approaches were rejected in the summer.

The report has now found its way onto a Reddit fan page, and plenty of supporters are hopeful that a deal will be agreed this time.
