West Ham United are just three points above the English Premier League relegation zone after suffering a second successive heavy defeat, this time at the hands of fellow relegation strugglers Swansea City.

The Hammers knew they would be up against it on Saturday given their away form and Swansea's excellent home form, but the 4-1 scoreline was a bitter blow to supporters, especially after last week's demolition at the hands of Liverpool.

Fans were left fuming with the manner of defeat and had particular criticism for their midfield, who failed to take control of the match and protect their defence from the Swans' attacking pressure.

Cheikhou Kouyate, who conceded the penalty for Swansea's third goal, was singled out for an especially poor 90 minutes, with supporters now calling for him to be dropped or even sold, believing he is far below the quality they need to compete in the Premier League.

They took to Twitter to share their thoughts on his performance...
