West Ham United are moving along in much better fashion earlier in the season as they are unbeaten in their last three Premier League games.

However, the club sit just two points above the relegation zone after 22 matches.

The Hammers have been unlucky with injuries, particularly up front, with Andy Carroll in and out of the treatment room.

Supporters think that they have now realised why there have been regular problems, and it is down to training.

The club's official Twitter page posted a video of James Collins - affectionately know as 'Ginger Pele' - sliding in for a tackle.

The defender managed to nick the ball off his opponent in a skilful way, but the fans responded to the tweet by suggesting moments like these are why players are getting injured.

Others, though, took the opportunity to praise the defender, who has been a long-standing Hammer of almost six years.

On Saturday, David Moyes's team will take on Huddersfield Town at the London Stadium.
