Kortney Hause was influential for Aston Villa in the play-off final on Monday, making a superb late cameo as he helped his temporary club to promotion.

On loan from Wolves, the powerful 6 ft 2 defender had a productive spell, featuring regularly after arriving in January.

The versatile 23-year-old has an option for Villa to buy him in his loan contract so he could move back across the Midlands relatively easily.

With that in mind, the Molineux faithful have been having their say on the future of the young defender.

Some fans weren't particularly kind to him as one claimed they'd be ill if he returned, urging Wolves to let the Villans keep him.

Another insisted that their club shouldn't send him back to ensure a swift relegation for their rivals. A further supporter said they couldn't see him being sold to another Premier League side.

Hause played 12 times in the Championship this term, featuring at left-back and at centre-back across the second half of the campaign. He particularly stood out on the left side of the defence.
