Wolves haven’t wasted any time in starting their summer transfer business as they look to build a squad capable of avoiding relegation from the Premier League and possibly even more.
The 25-year-old Nigerian shone in his side’s 2-0 victory over Iceland in Russia on Friday, scoring both the goals to keep his country in with a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages of the World Cup.
Musa signed for Leicester in the summer of 2016 from CSKA Moscow for a then club-record fee of £16m but struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League. After failing to break into the Foxes’ starting line-up during the first half of last season, Musa was loaned back to CSKA and scored six goals in 10 games.
With pace to burn, Musa loves to get in behind defences and would surely relish the chance to get another crack at the Premier League.
Here’s what Wolves fans have been saying about the link on Twitter…

His pace is unreal he is just a different option you've got a main target man jimenez and if we get someone else and musa offers something different didn't get much of a chance at Leicester with vardy okazaki slimani
