Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that Ryan Bennett has joined Leicester City on loan until the end of the season.
The centre-back has not had as much game time as he will have hoped in the first half of the campaign, making just seven league starts and four substitute appearances.
Despite that, many Wolves fans have still been left ruing the fact that they won’t be able to see him in gold and black for the rest of 2019/20.

Best of luck, Ryan!

He has been referred to as a “true professional” by one fan, while another suggested “it’s been a pleasure to have you in our team”.
The general consensus is that they are “sad to see him go”, even if it is on a temporary deal for now.
Should never been able to leave the squad a true professional and always give 100% #why

The club have even come under criticism for letting him go, especially as they haven’t brought anyone in who can help out this campaign.
It was confirmed earlier in the day that Luke Matheson has joined from Rochdale, but he will be heading back on loan to the League One club for the rest of the season.
Wolves fans are seemingly very frustrated about the fact the centre-back has been allowed to leave.
state of this club. where are the signings

Hard to understand without a replacement incoming. Already using midfielders in defence. Nothing learnt from the Watford semi final where no options on the bench cost us the game. Same again in a crucial Europa League match?
