Patrick Cutrone has not had the easiest time of it since joining Wolverhampton Wanderers from AC Milan in the summer.

The Italian has started just 3 Premier League games this season, while he has played from the start in just 8 matches in all competitions - from his total of 19 appearances, he has managed 2 goals and 4 assists so far.

He managed to score the same amount of goals in one outing for Italy U21s against Iceland on Saturday.

Many of the club's fans were delighted for the 21-year-old to get a brace for his country, hoping the confidence boost from it can be taken back to Molineux.

He has tough competition for places in the team, as Raul Jimenez has 16 goal contributions in all competitions this season, while Diogo Jota has 9.

However, having come out of the international game with a brace, he should have the boost needed to push on.
