Wolves have started slowly in the transfer market, welcoming no new faces into Molineux as of yet.

However, the rumour mill now seems to be kicking into life with the club being linked to Ricardo Quaresma and Angel Correa this week.

The Midlands outfit are now the subject of speculation surrounding Milan forward Patrick Cutrone too. Gianluca di Marzio has reported that the Italian could be on his way to Wolves.

It was a claim that had Wolves fans flocking to Twitter to have their say on the news as a host of supporters appeared delighted that he may be turning out for them next term.

One fan said that he'd be a class signing whilst another uttered that he feels as though he fits the mould of the type of players already at the club.

Another supporter suggested that he'd be better than Salomon Rondon, making reference to links that started earlier this year.

Cutrone had quite a poor season after bursting onto the scene in 2017/18. The £25.2m-rated man scored 18 goals throughout that campaign but managed just nine last term.

The 21-year-old currently has five goals in 15 games for the U21 Italian team.

Here's the best of the reaction.
