World Cup winning Bayern ace may consider Arsenal or Man United

Mario Gotze has revealed that he may consider a move abroad in the future, with Arsenal and Manchester United two big sides to have been linked with the midfielder.

The German scored the goal that won the World Cup over the summer and is considered to be one of the very best playmakers in the game.

Bayern paid £32m to prise him away from bitter rivals Dortmund 18 months ago, and since then the 22-year-old’s reputation has continued to swell thanks to his fine displays for club and country.

United and Arsenal have been linked with offers for him in this period, while the likes of Real Madrid have also been aligned with the classy passer.

Although Gotze says that he’s perfectly happy at the Allianz Arena, he suggested that a move to England may be something he would give serious consideration to in the future:

“I am very, very happy to be playing at Bayern, in Germany. But I might play for another 14 years, and a move abroad would certainly not be bad,” he is quoted by talkSPORT.

“A foreign country would also be tempting for someone of my personality, but I have not given it serious thought yet.”
