Celtic fans have taken to Twitter after the club announced their season ticket prices for next term, and they've all speculated over one subtle thing that they noticed in the tweets.

The Hoops tweeted informative posts regarding season ticket renewals for next season, including pictures of Neil Lennon, Scott Brown and Odsonne Edouard.

Significantly, all three of the images have the club's colours patterned across them in a striped design, which, to most people, doesn't mean anything.

However, Footy Headlines ran an exclusive back in December revealing that Celtic will sign a deal with famous kit supplier Adidas for next season, with their New Balance partnership set to expire.

Adidas' branding involves the iconic three stripes, and interestingly, that is the exact amount of stripes you can see etched across Edouard's face in the embedded tweet above - it may be speculative, but there are certainly enough dots to be connected in this instance.

It remains to be seen if Celtic confirm a deal with Adidas, who supply kits to massive clubs such as Real Madrid, Manchester United and Bayern Munich - however, the Hoops' suggestive tweets have certainly got supporters talking.

Let's see what they've been saying...

To kick off the reaction, there isn't much to say about these three supporters' comments in all honesty.

They have just pinpointed the fact that there are three stripes on show before using appropriate emojis, including the 'watching eyes' and the 'questioning' face.

Elsewhere, Cammy was more interested in jumping to conclusions, even going as far as using the word "confirmed".

Lloyd was more innocent in his tweet, simply asking if the stripes across Lennon's face meant Adidas was imminent.
