It now seems very likely he will be a Celtic midfielder ahead of the club's pre-season trip to Austria later this month, as the club gear up for important UEFA Champions League qualifiers that start in July.

Turnbull was a stand-out in the Scottish Premiership last term, scoring 15 goals and assisting six times in 30 league appearances.

He'll add a bit of attacking flair to the central area in the Hoops side, competing with players such as Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic for a starting spot.

Celtic supporters are eager to see him arrive at Celtic Park, taking to Twitter this week to share their thoughts on the deal...
