Celtic face Rangers in the latest edition of the Old Firm derby at Ibrox on Sunday, and Bhoys fans have begged manager Brendan Rodgers to start on-loan striker Odsonne Edouard against their arch-rivals to help them increase their advantage at the top of the standings to nine points.

The 20-year-old joined the Scottish Premiership giants from Paris Saint-Germain for the season last summer, and he has gone on to make 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals, although the club's fans have been left unsure about him at times.

The Frenchman started his side's goalless draw against St Johnstone in the league last month, but he was relegated to the substitutes' bench for their following two fixtures against Aberdeen and then Morton in the SFA Cup last weekend – although he did find the net in the 90th minute.

Celtic supporters were quick to have their say on the potential inclusion of the centre-forward on Sunday, and while one said "Edouard MUST start the game", another said "if Odsonne Edouard doesn't start tomorrow we riot".
