Celtic were the victors from the Old Firm derby on Sunday as goals from Odsonne Edouard and Jonny Hayes settled the game.

The Hoops took the lead in the first half and then sealed things late on when they found room on the counter.

Neil Lennon's side looked comfortable for large parts of the match, particularly in defence, as they kept a clean sheet.

A large part of that was down to the performance of Hatem Elhamed, who earned plenty of praise from supporters after the match on Twitter.

The 28-year-old was hailed as unreal and fantastic whilst one individual suggested he was the best player on the park at Ibrox on Sunday.

A fellow fan claimed he was the best right back in the division as another went as far as saying he'd now have a statue built for him.

The Israel international signed this summer from Hapoel Be’er Sheva and has made five appearances since joining.

This was his second league start and on the evidence of this showing, plenty more will be on the way.
