Former Celtic striker Moussa Dembele scored his first two goals for his new side Lyon in a 3-0 win over Dijon on Wednesday evening, and fans of the Bhoys were left wondering what could have been if he stayed at Parkhead.

The 22-year-old joined the Ligue 1 side in a £19.7m move on transfer deadline day this summer, putting an end to the question marks over his future that ran throughout the window.

Dembele is a former France U21 international and netted an extremely impressive 51 goals in just 94 games for the Bhoys following his move from Fulham in the summer of 2016, where he had been since coming through the youth system of current French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

However, since he departed the Hoops have suffered a difficult start to the season and sit in sixth in the Scottish Premiership table. In the league, Brendan Rodgers' side have scored just six goals in as many matches and have been relying on the goals of Leigh Griffiths to edge out a number of matches.

After his first two goals for his new club, Celtic fans were wishing Dembele had never left. Check out the best reactions to his goals below.
