Disgrace! Celtic fans fume at ref appointment for Pittodrie decider

Loads of Celtic fans have been reacting to what could be a crucial piece of news, as the controversial John Beaton has been handed control of this weekend’s title-decider.

Celtic take on Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday knowing just a point will be enough to lift the title for the eighth consecutive season.

The Bhoys are desperate to win ten in a row, which would be a remarkable achievement, but fans are now worried after the news that Beaton will be in charge of the clash, as reported by The Scottish Sun.

This will be Beaton’s first Celtic match since the Old Firm in December when the Bhoys were beaten 1-0 at Ibrox, in which Alfredo Morelos escaped a red card for three separate incidents.

Of course, even with just a point standing between the Hoops and another title, Pittodrie is never an easy place to go, although a Scott Sinclair hat trick was enough for a 4-3 win in the last visit.
