Brendan Rodgers should consider throwing Youssouf Mulumbu in from the start against Hibernian on Saturday, replacing Tom Rogic in one of the two more defensive midfield positions.

The Bhoys signed Mulumbu on a two-year deal in the summer after he had spent the season before with Kilmarnock, following spells in England with West Brom and Norwich.

The former Paris Saint-Germain youth product is a defensive midfielder with a much more cautious approach than Rogic, which could be necessary against a Hibs side that are sitting in second in the league, one point above Brendan Rodgers' side.

Now 31 years of age, the 5ft 10in tall former DR Congo international has 38 caps for his country and can bring all of that experience to the current league champions.

So, Celtic fans, do you think Mulumbu should start against Hibernian on Saturday or should Rogic keep his place after the 6-0 thrashing of St Johnstone before the international break? Have your say by voting in the poll below.
