Celtic have hit the transfer market with both barrels as they sign PSG's Timothy Weah on loan and Vakoun Issouf Bayo on a permanent deal from Dunajska Streda in quick succession - both are strikers and may leave Brendan Rodgers with somewhat of a selection headache going forward.

The former Liverpool boss must have been dissatisfied with his current options but now has three promising, young hitmen to manage and choose from. Odsonne Edouard has been in great form for the Hoops this season although has had little competition for his starting spot - that could all be about t0 change.

Former PSG man Edouard has bagged nine goals in twice as many league games this season and is justifying the club-record fee he commanded in the summer but, although his numbers are impressive, they are dwarfed by those of Bayo.

The 21-year-old, prior to his switch to Parkhead, had been plying his trade in the Slovak Super League, where he chalked up 10 goals and five assists in just league 16 games - impressive stuff.

On the other hand, 18-year-old Weah found opportunities hard to come by at the Parc des Princes this season although this is no surprise considering he had the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to contend with for minutes. Nevertheless, he has netted twice in three appearances and, if the family name is anything to go by, he is bound to be a success in green and white.

We, here at Football Fancast, think that Weah has what it takes to become first-choice striker and oust Edouard from the lineup, but what do you think Bhoys and Ghirls? Who should Brendan Rodgers place his faith in up front? Let us know by voting in the poll down below...
